We make every effort to deliver products purchased from X&Y Shop in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
If the order is canceled (before it is shipped from our warehouse), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
We process and ship every order within 48-72 business hours of receiving it.
Your order will get delivered within 4-6 business days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.
How to check the status of your packaging?
You will receive the order confirmation email and SMS once you place the order containing the tracking number, using which you will be able to track the order status. Please make sure you leave the correct contact details and email for us to reach out to you. If you fail to receive the order confirmation notification please contact us on our Customer Service (Which you can find at bottom of our website).

The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation
You may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
Failure to provide adequate information about the case
Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any)f
If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
You must not dispose of the packaging for at least 3-4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick up your packaging for investigation at our end.
You have used the item for which the claim has been raised.
