7 days have gone since your order was delivered; unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be able to exchange, you must fulfill some eligibility criteria.

Eligibility:

* Please note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.

  1. Your item must be unused and all the components must be intact (e.g. tag, box, etc.). We only ask that you don’t use this product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.
  2. Your item must not be washed.
  3. For returning any product purchased online, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. The period for returning your item is 7 days.
  5. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from X&Yshop. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

* Please note that we do not refund the shipping or COD incurred by you.

REFUND

We offer two options for refunding:

In Website Wallet

* In Website Wallet, we’ll refund 100% of your total cost, which you can use to buy other products in the future.

[Once you return a product to us, we will add the value of your order (minus any shipping and /or COD charges) back to your account as My Wallet. You can use your wallet balance in the future at X&Y Shop.

At the time of your next purchase, please sign in with your registered email ID to view and utilize your store credits. On the My Account, there is your My Wallet where your balance will be reflected. Here, the total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the store credits.]

* Please note, store credits cannot be used to cover shipping and COD charges.

* We make three attempts to pick up the items. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.

For any defective/ damage/ incomplete/ wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order within the images of the product received. You can send images in our Whatsapp. Please fulfill some criteria:

  • You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures.
  • Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted.
  • You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
